Free Writing

I thought that I would do something funny and make some poems. These are two people that are important to me. There are many more but these two were the first one who poped up in mind.I found it really easy to write about them. I have made the ends rhyme and that's what I like about writing poems.

Holidays Poem

THAT TIME OF YEAR IS HERE
SO YOU SHOULD GIVE A CHEER
BUT GO DRINK A BEER

I KNOW IT GETS COLD
AND YOU START TO FEEL OLD
YOUR AS GOOD AS GOLD

TRY TO KEEP WARM
I KNOW WE JUST HA A STORM
IN SPORTS YOU NEED THAT FORM

SO KEEP BEING GOOD
DO YOU NEED ANY FIREWOOD
TRY TO STAY IN THE HOOD

REMEMBER TO KEEP HELPING OUT
BUT FIRST KNOW WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT
YOU MIGHT EVEN BE A GIRL SCOUT
